Discipline, confidence, and structure for kids ages 6 and up.

Boxing and fitness training for kids ages 6 and up, built around fundamentals, movement, discipline, respect, teamwork, and structure. This is not babysitting — it is coached development. Kids learn how to listen, train, move with purpose, build confidence, and grow under real coach standards.

Who it is for

Kids ages 6 and up who are ready to learn, work, and grow in a structured gym environment. No experience needed — just a willingness to listen and try.

What to expect

Coach-led classes that teach real boxing basics, footwork, movement, and conditioning in a way that keeps kids engaged, challenged, and accountable.

Discipline first

We teach kids how to carry themselves — eyes up, hands ready, listening, and respecting the coach, the gym, and each other.

Confidence that lasts

Progress here is earned. Every small win builds belief, and that belief shows up in school, sport, and life outside the gym.

Schedule

Kids classes run Friday at 4PM. Ages 6 and up. $15 drop-in.

Coach-led every session

Every class is run by Coach Dom or a qualified Fit Fighters coach who understands how to push kids while keeping the environment positive and structured.
